Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted to or through our services by any third party

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services

Financial Arrangements (For Client-Partners)

Minimum Commitment & Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following:

Minimum Commitment: This service requires a minimum of three (3) paid monthly billing cycles, which begin after a 30-day free setup period.

Early Cancellation: If you cancel prior to completing the three paid months, you agree to pay the remaining balance immediately upon cancellation. No services will be provided beyond that point.

Ongoing Subscription: After the initial commitment is fulfilled, the subscription continues month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with no further obligation.

Acceptance of Terms: Submitting payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and enters you into a binding agreement with JLW Online LLC.

Refunds

Our refund policy, if any, will be specified in the relevant contract or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

Late Payments

All invoices are due on the date listed. If payment is not received within 5 calendar days of the due date, a late fee of $100 or 5% of the overdue amount (whichever is greater) will be applied. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension and referral to collections. Access to assets, funnels, or campaigns may be restricted until the account is brought current.

Ad Spend Not Included

All paid advertising costs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) are billed separately from your monthly service fee. You are responsible for funding ad spend directly via the platform or through a separate billing arrangement, depending on campaign structure. We recommend a starting ad budget of $400–$500/month, but this may vary based on your goals and market.

Included Ad Spend (When Applicable)

Some service tiers may include a portion of paid advertising budget as part of the monthly fee. If ad spend is included, the amount will be clearly stated in the relevant service agreement or proposal.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, included ad spend will not exceed $300/month. Requests to increase ad budgets beyond that threshold will require additional authorization and may result in separate billing or service tier adjustment.

JLW Online LLC reserves the right to allocate and manage included ad spend at its sole discretion to maximize campaign performance.

Post-Termination Access & Retention

Upon cancellation or completion of service, client access to the JLW Online CRM platform, automation tools, and any licensed infrastructure will be suspended unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership: Custom-built assets such as website copy, funnel content, branded graphics, and ad creatives are transferable upon request and may be provided in downloadable format.

Retention Option: If the client wishes to retain access to the CRM system and/or automated campaigns without active service or optimization, a platform access fee of $350/month will apply, subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

This option must be requested and approved prior to cancellation to avoid service interruption.
